She has been the women’s teaching leader for churches in Austin, Houston, Sugar Land, Dallas, Louisiana, Colorado, and Las Vegas. She also serves as a pastor on the staff of River Pointe Church. Tanya is a sought-after speaker for women's events and conferences.  The author of numerous Bible Studies for both large and small groups and retreats, she also writes and delivers Bible studies for distribution throughout America.
